A very special thanks goes out to our 2016 EGG teachers, students, school administrators and presenters.

Joshua Ford, Board President. Josh established the Foundation in his brother, Jim Ford’s, memory so that Jim’s generosity could endure and continue to inspire others. Currently, Josh is self-employed managing financial accounts. His professional and educational background is in engineering and software development. He has a passion for traveling and sports. Josh lives in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife, Naz, and their two children.

Nazanin Ford, Board Member. Naz currently serves as the President of Nevada Women’s Philanthropy, an organization of civic-minded women making an impact in Southern Nevada through charitable giving. She volunteers her time with other organizations in serving the community, such as The Smith Center for the Performing Arts and the new Discovery Children’s Museum. Previous to becoming a mother of two, Naz was a writer and educator. She has given her time to the JJF Foundation since its establishment in 2003. She currently lives in Las Vegas with her family.

Allan Avelino, Board Member. Allan works as a Principal Systems Engineer for Raytheon Company. He holds a BS and MBA from Loyola Marymount University and an MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California. As a type one diabetic, Allan has been a supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) among other worthy causes. Allan grew up in Northern California and currently lives in Southern California with his wife and their two daughters.

Beth Kubasak, Board Member. Beth is currently the Assistant Development Manager at The Ratkovich Company in Los Angeles, California. She grew up in the Sacramento area and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She has volunteered her time with many organizations including those provided to seniors, youth and the disabled. She is proud to continue her cousin Jim’s legacy by serving on the Board and promoting the Foundation’s mission through meaningful community partnerships.

John Breitling, Board Member. John is a graduate of Florida State with a professional background in Information Systems and software engineering. He is currently the President of Breitling Ventures, a wealth management group in Las Vegas, Nevada. His philanthropic focus in the recent past has been on education reform, particularly in Southern Nevada. Additionally, he is interested in diversification of Southern Nevada’s economy to increase opportunities in this region. He lives in Las Vegas with his wife and three children.

Todd Ramasar, Board Member. Todd is a UCLA alumni and former university basketball player. In 2003, he became the youngest certified professional basketball agent by the National Players Association. He founded Life Sports Management, which he merged with BDA Sports Management in 2008 and currently serves as their Vice President of Player Representation. He volunteers his time as a member of the Bunche Ambassadors Council for his alma mater and also spends his free time coaching youth basketball because he believes in helping young people through mentoring and career/academic advisement. As a board member of JJF Foundation he is proud to support organizations that help youth achieve their dreams. He lives in Southern California with his wife and their three daughters.
