Grant Application
To apply for a grant from the James Joseph Ford Foundation, please complete and email all required information as one PDF file to nazaninford@jjffoundation.org between July 15 and September 15. Be sure to include the following in your grant application document:
- Introductory Cover Letter (1 page max.)
- Organization information and grant proposal (see below)
- Current 990
- Documentation of 501(c) nonprofit status
- Organization’s total budget showing revenue sources and expenditures
- Project/Proposal Budget
- Most recent monthly financial statement

Grant Proposal (250 words):
· Amount being requested*?
· What needs/issues are addressed?
· Who will receive goods/services?
· Why this is the best use of funding?
· What other funding (sources and amounts; secured/unsecured) is being sought for this project?
*final grants amount determinations are based on board discussion & annual factors
